Excellent Thesis

Since 2015, we have been supporting the promotion of young scientists at our institute with the annual “Excellent Thesis of Fraunhofer IWU” award. As numerous topics arise from the diverse research areas, we invite diploma and master's students to write their thesis at our institute.

Applications for the 2026/2027 competition will be accepted starting at the end of October 2026. Further information regarding the application process and procedure will be announced in a timely manner.

If you have any questions about the competition, please contact Marlene Kluge.
