Europe's largest and most international trade fair for batteries and energy storage systems

Fraunhofer IWU will be exhibiting at the joint booth of the Saxony Economic Development Corporation (WfS) in Hall B2, Booth B2.150 / B2.151.

A key focus of our presentation is “Battery Systems and Circular Economy.” Specifically, this covers new materials and design principles for batteries (Design for ReX), the associated development of production solutions suitable for series manufacturing, and a versatile research platform for disassembly, dismantling, and recycling—including benchmarking and testing.

Our second focus is the design and operation of energy storage systems in factories. Energy storage systems can make a decisive contribution to creating a sustainable energy supply in factories.

We support you in the concept development, design, simulation, and operational management of energy storage systems, from the production line to the entire factory. To this end, we present a specially developed software tool from the “Energy Storage in Production” (ESiP) project.
