Transforming Industry with Intelligent Production and Energy Solutions

Fraunhofer IWU, Fraunhofer ICT and VSB TU Ostrava, together with industry partners FiberTech GmbH (Chemnitz, Germany), Raziol GmbH (Hagen, Germany), BRUDERER GmbH (Switzerland), and UVB TECHNIK s.r.o. (Hlucín, Czech Republic) are hosting the 3rd symposium on “Transforming Industry with Intelligent Production and Energy Solutions.” 

The third edition of the Czech-German Business Meeting will once again bring together academics and industry representatives from the Czech Republic, Germany, and beyond - all with the shared goal of fostering international collaboration and driving innovation in industry and modern technologies.

Participants will have the opportunity to exchange the latest insights, discuss trends in smart manufacturing and energy, and establish valuable connections for future projects. The event is open to everyone interested in being part of a dynamic platform connecting academia and industry.

Fraunhofer IWU has been successfully collaborating with numerous Czech research partners for more than 15 years, both in the institutional and commercial sectors. One result of this collaboration is the establishment of the Fraunhofer Innovation Platform for Applied Artificial Intelligence for Materials & Manufacturing at VSB – Technical University of Ostrava in June 2022.
